Yasmin Hernandez-Manno is the Director of Education Compliance for Porzio Compliance Services and a trailblazer in Latino education and compliance. Her dedication and accomplishments are truly inspiring!

Yasmin has been a driving force in promoting diversity and inclusion, not only in her work but also as a core value in her life. She received the “Lifetime Leader in Latino Education" award, a testament to her unwavering commitment to making education accessible for all.


Raquel R. Rivera is an experienced trial lawyer and Counsel in the firm's Litigation Group. Her practice includes products/premises liability, white-collar/employment defense, and representation of federal criminal defendants who are financially unable to obtain counsel by appointment via the Criminal Justice Act.

Her selection for the ‘23-‘24 cohort of the Latina Executive Leadership Program by the Hispanic National Bar Association's Latina Commission underscores her dedication to promoting Latina representation in law.

Raquel is passionate about social justice, equality, and diversity. She is a role model for young Latinx lawyers and a valuable asset to the Porzio family.


As a member of our Summer Associate class of 2023, Michael had the opportunity to collaborate with our Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice group, allowing him to gain invaluable firsthand experience from our highly regarded team, as recognized by Chambers USA.

Currently, Michael is pursuing a J.D. at Rutgers Law School and is expected to graduate in the class of 2024.

Before embarking on his legal studies, Michael honed his skills in the legal realm as a paralegal. We eagerly anticipate his full-time integration into the Porzio family upon graduation.


Aida Sanchez is Assistant VP of Safety, Security, and Cannabis Compliance at Porzio Compliance Services.

As the first Latina to serve as the Deputy Coordinator for the Jersey City Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security, Aida now helps her clients navigate the complex cannabis application process and achieve their dreams of becoming business owners.

Aida’s advice: “Never give up. Seek mentors and role models. Never stop educating yourself. Take risks. Stay humble.”


Ana is a dedicated legal assistant with Porzio’s Employment and Education team. With over a decade of legal experience, she is proud of her Hispanic heritage and embraces her diverse roots.

Maria F. Galante is a Colombian-American attorney who focuses on estate planning and elder law.

Isela Ibarra joined the Porzio family in February 2023 and is a legal assistant with our Wealth Preservation team. Isela's proud Hispanic heritage fuels her career and passion for embracing her roots.

Fluent in Spanish, she offers vital translation support professionally and personally. Isela's journey from her own English language struggles to helping others is truly inspiring.

For Carmen Andrade, Principal in Porzio’s Real Estate Practice Group, it's about honoring those closest to her. Carmen used their encouragement and sacrifices to pursue a successful career as an attorney, specializing in real estate and corporate law.

Leveraging her previous role as an in-house general counsel for real estate developers, private lenders, and retail firms, Carmen excels in the sale, acquisition, leasing, financing, and development of diverse real estate properties and advising business owners on a variety of operational matters.
