CCPA COMPLIANCE AND ASSESSMENT.

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”), one of the most stringent consumer privacy laws in the country significantly expands the disclosure obligations of covered businesses as well as the privacy rights of California consumers.
