Rachel Parisi is a member of the firm's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring department, representing commercial debtors, creditors, landlords, and other parties in complex bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Her experience spans industries including healthcare, retail, entertainment, and hospitality, and she also handles bankruptcy litigation and avoidance actions. Outside her practice, Rachel serves as an Ethics Investigator for the District XA Ethics Committee and co-chairs Porzio’s Women’s Initiative Network.
